Cristina Linder, MBA
Cristina Linder, MBA, is the Practice Administrator at Lincoln Family Medicine Center. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration, Computer Information Systems from the University of Texas at El Paso as well as her Master of Business Administration, Executive MBA. She has 16 years of practice administrator experience in healthcare. She chose to join Lincoln Family Medicine Center because of its deep community roots and values that align with her professional vision.
In her role as Practice Administrator, Cristina oversees the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care within the medical practice. She works with the management team in staffing, budgeting, compliance, and optimizing practice management software. She is looking forward to serving patients and educating the resident physicians on practice administration. Cristina is a member of the American Association of Physician Coders, the American Society of Ophthalmology Administrators, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology Executives.
Raised in El Paso, Texas, Cristina is married to her husband, Jed, a Pastor at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Lincoln, and they have one daughter. As a family, they enjoy attending events at the Lied Center, playing golf, gardening, and painting ceramics. They love volunteering and supporting local nonprofits, such as Visionary Youth, Matt Talbot, and Habitat for Humanity. She also enjoys reading, lifting weights, and walking her dogs. She is also a member of the United Women of Faith at her church and a Spanish Literature Club.
