Stephanie McNichols, LIMHP, LADC, PC, a licensed mental health therapist at Stepping Stones who is trained in DBT, offers a skills group open to anyone in the community. Stephanie currently teaches two groups through Lancaster County Probation.

Have a current, active counselor in the community and sign an ROI for the counselor and Stephanie to communicate
Agree to Group rules including confidentiality in the group
Commit to attending 26 sessions, with only three misses allowed

Actively participate in Group
To refer to the Group, send a referral with the name, insurance, diagnosis, client, and therapist contact information, as well as a brief reason for referral to smcnichols@lmep.com.
Stephanie will contact clients directly and screen them to see if they are a good fit for the Group. The counselor will then be notified of the outcome. The Group will be limited to 12 participants at one time but a waitlist will be kept and members added whenever there are openings.
