Mental Health Tips To Reduce Stress
Most everyone feels some level of stress and anxiety about COVID-19. During Mental Health Awareness Month, implement some of the following actions to help reduce stress and anxiety in your life.
Pause. Breathe. Notice how you feel.
Make time to sleep 8 continuous hours each night when possible.
Engage in 30 minutes of physical activity daily.
Take breaks from screen time, TV, and radio.
Reach out and stay connected with family and friends.
Seek help if you feel overwhelmed or unsafe.
